Rachel E. Carmona
Rachel E. Carmona, founder of Carmona Law, is a Louisville native. She attended Rhodes College and studied abroad in Morelia, Mexico and Havana,
Cuba. She went to University of Louisville law, and studied international trade law at la Universidad Autónoma in Guadalajara, México.
After serving as a public defender, she opened her own practice in 2012 to expand her defense work in both criminal and immigration. Born in Louisville, she is an alumni of Assumption, Rhodes College, and U of L law. She is bilingual and served as a Certified Court Interpreter prior to law school.
Johnna Selvage
Johnna A. Selvage is an associate attorney with Carmona Law whose practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, family and personal injury. She also practices in the areas of construction, contracts, and collections, a true general practitioner.
She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy before going on to receive her Bachelors of Science from University of Kentucky. She then went on to the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law where she was an active member of the Moot Court Board and the Student Bar Association.
